My Order Was Delivered, But I Can't Find It

We understand that it can be frustrating when you can't find your package, even if tracking shows that it has been delivered. Here's some information that may help you:


Orders can be tracked from the shipping confirmation email where order tracking information is provided, or through our site using your email and order number. You can also use the tracking number to track with your local carrier as well. To track your order, please visit our tracking page: https://www.awareness-avenue.com/apps/tracktor/track.


If tracking shows that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, we kindly request that you first check with any neighbors and other locations around your home where a package may have been left. Sometimes packages can be delivered to a nearby location or a different person by mistake.
